Our Transformation & Delivery practice currently spans the following key areas of work:

We’re looking for a director to play a leading role in the growth of our transformation and delivery practice. You will have significant experience as a management consultant – across delivery, business development, and sales – and leading large teams and complex engagements. Ideally, you will have built up a good network and a strong reputation in the sector.

From LGR to financial sustainability, from social care redesign to digitally enabled change - you’ll need to be comfortable working and leading across the full breadth of our offers. We’d like you to have a few areas that you are passionate about and at least 2 areas of expertise that can add to our offers and go-to-market strategy.

We expect you to be great at leading teams while being comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing what needs to be done, regardless of job title. You will have high resilience and be a clear communicator who can cut through noise and complexity, explain change in simple, honest terms.
